Quad 66 CD ST1 and 66CD and 67CD ST2 upgrades The Quad 66 CD is based on a Philips CD transport and electronics. It uses a Quad selected DAC (a Philips 'Crown' DAC). Two levels of upgrade are available, the ST1 and ST2. The first concentrates on significant improvements to the power supply and audio circuits. The second does the same but adds a Net Audio RockClock to replace the crystal clock for the DAC. Full details of these upgrades can be found here.
